The designated delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed. (You can change the delivery address for you within 12 hours after placing your order through our **customer service**)

**SHIPPING ORDER TIME**

After receiving an order, merchants usually process the order information within 100 hours, but we will process your order quickly so that customers have a better purchasing experience! If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.

Once your order is confirmed, it will take a few business days to process and ship. You will first receive an order confirmation email including your order number. This will be sent to your specified email address. After we ship, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
